Instructions for Use
- Luxebouti, as this website, does not manufacture any of the items sold here. All items draw inspiration from designer pieces. This site is intended solely for enthusiasts and personal use; commercial use is strictly prohibited. Please consider carefully before proceeding.
Customer QC(Quality&Control) Services
- All items on this site undergo QC service before shipment. All items are permitted for shipment only after passing QC service. If any items in your order fail QC, this may affect your delivery time. Please understand that this is a normal occurrence! This site offers QC self-inspection services.
- QC Self-Inspection Service: By selecting this service, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining your satisfaction with the item’s quality. Our platform is only responsible for procuring the items > providing QC photos/videos for your review > shipping the items. Standard Items: We offer two complimentary replacements before shipment. If the item still fails to meet your quality standards after the second replacement, a refund will be issued on the third attempt. Premium Items: Due to the unique nature of the items, only one replacement request is available for select items. Specific details will be provided by customer service.
Return and Exchange Window Period
Ordered but not shipped
- We typically require 3-7 days to prepare your order. During this period, you are permitted to request a refund if you are unable to wait.If your items are delayed, we will notify you separately.
Shipped but not received
- You will typically receive your items within 7-14 days after shipment. However, the exact delivery time depends on factors such as your location, customs clearance procedures, and logistics conditions. We do not accept any refund requests during this period.
Received but not used
- Standard Items: Provided the items remain in perfect condition, you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days. Upon receiving the items and confirming they are in good order, we will process your refund or exchange. (Refunds cover the item cost only; return shipping fees are your responsibility.)
- Premium Items: Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Special Notice: If you pay with cryptocurrency, Due to the nature of cryptocurrency, all payments are final on the blockchain. However, we offer store credit or replacements if there are issues with your order.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
After-sales service
- For damage or deformation of items caused by unavoidable factors such as logistics transportation or customs inspection, we will review the case and provide compensation of up to 20% of the item’s value.
- Under normal usage conditions, if the item develops quality issues—including non-human-caused damage, severe deformation, detached accessories, or functional malfunctions—we will provide after-sales compensation services.
- If you are concerned about your items being damaged during transit or detained by customs, you can purchase shipping insurance to obtain higher compensation.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
